As responsible breeders we strive to raise top quality pets that are healthy, happy
and well socialized.

In order to make this guarantee valid buyer must agree to and comply with the
following terms.  Purchaser(s) agrees to take puppy/dog to a licensed veterinarian of
his/her choice for a complete examination within 3 days from date puppy leaves
seller's care (at buyer’s expense.)   If the puppy is examined and is determined by
your veterinarian to be unfit for purchase, (an issue that affects its quality of life),  the
full price of the pet will be refunded or a replacement puppy of equal value will be
provided in either case the puppy and registration application must be returned.   
Replacements may take up to one year.  We do not cover ANY veterinary expenses
that are incurred after said puppy leaves our care.  A signed veterinary statement
from the examining veterinarian describing the symptoms, the diagnosis, and
prognosis will be required.

Day 4 through 12 months from purchase date:   We give a one year guarantee
against confirmed genetic or hereditary defects that will affect the animal's quality of
life   (Kidney, heart, lungs, liver, etc..)  If such defect is diagnosed by a licensed
veterinarian the Purchaser(s) must contact seller,  send a signed veterinary
statement from the attending veterinarian describing the symptoms, the diagnosis,
and prognosis. If diagnosis is confirmed for said puppy the purchaser may return
said puppy/dog with registration papers and is entitled to a replacement of equal
value;  no cash refund after said 3 days.   Please note that failure to have the
puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian by the aforementioned date voids
this warranty.
Limitations:   Reproductive Organs, or any other puppy/dog disease preventable
though vaccinations are not covered under this warranty beyond the 3 days from
purchase.  These are illness that are beyond sellers control after puppy/dog leaves
sellers care.  Illnesses brought on by the stress, such as Hypoglycemia (i.e. low
blood sugar),  and or any conditions related thereto, are not covered under this
guarantee.  Buyer understands and agrees to assume full responsibility for this
puppy.   All puppies or dogs are sold as pet quality only.  Exact size and weight at
adulthood can not be guaranteed.  It can only be logically estimated based on the
size and weight of the puppy's parents. Puppies are sold as is in regards to color,
weight and temperament.  

This health guarantee is valid to the original owner or owners only.

In any case, Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills incurred by Purchaser
(s).

Your Puppy comes with a 3 day Health Guarantee unless below Year Health Guarantee is purchased and signed
by Seller. Deposits are required to reserve any puppy. Once a deposit is received the specific puppy that you choose
will be taken off the market and reserved for your family.  Buyer understands and agrees that deposits are
non-refundable if buyer is unable to finish payment or pick up said puppy at 8 weeks of age (or as determined by
Seller).
