1. Are your puppies registered? All of our parents are registered with at least one registry. And unless otherwise stated your puppy will come with its own registration application. 2. Do you have a health guarantee? Yes, if the puppy is found to have a congenital problem that will shorten or end his/her life we will replace it with a similar puppy. Be sure to read our full guarantee. 3. What about the vaccinations? Your puppy will arrive with the shots current according to it's age and a medical record provided by our vet. He/she will have been wormed several times. We suggest following your vet's advice on these issues. 4. How are puppies shipped? Is shipping really safe? Yes, it is very safe. Only flights specifically set up to accommodate live animals will even accept a puppy. The aircraft must be heated, AC, and pressurized with airflow. The animals are the last on the plane and the first off. We will never ship a puppy that is less than 8 weeks of age. 6. How the shipping works: As stated earlier, we only use pet friendly airlines. We do all flight booking coordinating with you and the puppy in mind. First, we find the shortest flight to your destination. We then work with you and the airline to determine the exact date and time for your puppy's arrival. Even though the airplanes are heated/air conditioned weather is still an issue (ground temps. and lay overs). Next, we personally deliver your puppy to the departing airport with all required documentation. He travels in the air conditioned/heated, pressurized part of the plane. You simply meet the plane on that day and time to pick him/her up. You have to show identification at the airport so that no one else can claim your dog. Unless otherwise noted the cost of the shipping is in addition to the cost of the puppy and is the buyers responsibility. Cost is usually $250 (which includes the kennel), and this kennel is yours to keep. The shipping payment is required prior to shipping and should be mailed with your payment for the puppy. 7. If I want one of your puppies, where do I start? Start by e-mailing us. We like to find out your requirements for a new puppy so we can match just the right pet to you. We want you to feel confident that you will receive the exact puppy that we described to you. We can attach pictures of puppies and send them by email with other pertinent information. 8. How can I choose my puppy? In our web site click on Available Puppies and then decide from the pictures which puppies you would like more information about. Next, email us with your questions and the qualities your desire. We will be happy to answer your questions and assist you in selecting a life long friend. 9. How to purchase my new friend? We try to start showing pictures of our puppies at 4 weeks of age. They need to stay with their mother until 8 weeks of age,(some longer depends on the individual puppy). If you find that perfect friend and want us to hold your puppy we, as other breeders do, require that you send a $ 200.00 deposit. The deposit is a guarantee that the buyer will complete the purchase by sending the rest of the money (including shipping charges) 5 days prior to boarding. If for any reason the buyer does not complete the purchase within an agreed upon time frame the deposit will not be refunded or transferred. If the puppy does not for any reason pass the vet inspection before shipping or any other medical condition arises hindering the health of the puppy the buyer will be refunded the full amount of payment or it maybe transferred to another puppy chosen by the buyer. PayPal: It's safe and easy and lets you put the charge on your credit card. Now, with Paypal you don't have to sign up for Paypal to be able to use it. B. Bank certified Money order C.
